Exploring Emerging Technologies for Lifelong Learning and Success (#EmTechMOOC) is an open-access learning opportunity provided by the State University of New York (SUNY) to identify the value and implications of using established and emerging technology tools for personal and professional growth. Participants gain lifelong learning strategies to keep pace with technology change.
Faculty, staff, students, & everyone from across the globe who has a desire to keep pace with technology change are encouraged to enroll.
The project consists of two parts; #EmTechMOOC and EmTechWIKI. The Coursera MOOC provides a supportive environment for dialogue and sharing about Lifelong Learning and the 4Cs of 21st Century learners, including Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, and Critical Thinking. EmTechWIKI complements the MOOC and can be used as a stand-alone resource to locate emerging technology tools and tutorials.
