The University of Turin has promoted two projects in the enhancement and development of the competencies of the internal staff: IRIDI, for the recognition of competencies developed by the teachers who participate in education in the field of didactic research for innovation and “UNITO training contact persons”, 17 badges for the recognition of competencies of PTA staff involved in communication activities and the use of e-Learning platforms.
