AICA – the Italian Association for Informatics and Automatic Calculation has undertaken the mission of disseminating and developing the digital culture, knowledge and competencies in all aspects: scientific, economic, social and educational.
The ECDL is the certificate of informatics competencies that is most in demand, sought after and shared. It has over 20 years of life.
Since 2016 AICA enables candidates completing the Basic, Full Standard and IT Security ECDL certificates to be issued not only with the traditional paper certificates, but also with their equivalent in Open Badge on Bestr, as a way to digitally recognize their IT competencies
