I wish to recognise Esther Linley for her gift in bringing integrity and a profound depth of insight into the projects she has founded over the past 35 years. As a dancer of excellence she continued her work founding the Institute of Dance Arts at the Bruckner Private University in Linz, Austria, giving scores of young people a broader outlook on life far beyond the curriculum in dance technique. She has inspired many people through her own example and thus helped them to become pioneers in their own field of Dance, the Arts and beyond.
Esther has, wherever she has been active, always understood the necessity for fairness and social justice.
